Independent Media publishing house and content and service provider #1 Inform-mobil / IMMO signed a cooperation agreement.

On this stage the cooperation of two key media-players consists in launch of Java-application of The Moscow Times newspaper for mobile phones into commercial service.

"We have never done such projects before as business models of the service implementation we are now glad to provide for Independent Media were not clearly viewed", Dmitry Timoschenko, Executive Director of Inform-mobil / IMMO says.

Mr Timoschenko explained the choice of this particular edition for Java-application. People who read The Moscow Times form a potentially active part of users for business and informational Java-applications.

Solution functional implies sending TMT request to 4040 as a reply to which the subscriber will get a link for Java-application uploading. All updates can be installed after the requests from the application via WAP.

In the mobile phone all The Moscow Times materials are issued together with the printed versions and are available from most Russian Federation operators.
