30.04.2007 "Inform-mobil" meets Armenia

Content and service provider international Company "Inform-mobil" approached the VAS market of Armenia. Agreement with the cellular operator "ArmenTel" was signed.

The agreement with the operator implies the delivery of key interactive product of "Inform-mobil" Company "ZnakomstvA" as well as multifunctional service "Forum". Both services are adapted for the end user and translated into Armenian.

Among future plans of the Company is diversification of business in Armenia and following expansion to the CIS and Far Abroad markets.

As Dmitriy Timoschenko, Executive Director of "Inform-mobil" thinks, the strategy of the provider when relations with operator are built as a key partnership contributed the timely Armenian market access.

Armenia is the 9th country where "Inform-mobil" provides its services. Beside Russia and Armenia earlier the Company was the first Russian provider to approach markets of Belarus (in June 2003), Ukraine (August 2003), Kyrgyzstan (March 2005), Uzbekistan (April 2005), Tajikistan (December 2005) and Georgia (April 2006). Also the end on the 2006 was noted with the opening of the affiliated company in Kyrgyzstan (in November).

So what tactic will the most experienced Russian operator of VAS markets of CIS choose this time?
