03.07.2006 DSTK menu is available also via WEB interface.

Aggregator, content and service provider IMMO.ru/Inform-mobil has presented on the second annual forum Mobile Content 2006 a long-awaited innovation that is WEB interface for operation of new DSTK menu on SIM card. This solution was developed and successfully tested by IT specialists of IMMO.ru especially for the Live Content Show within the forum where it was presented to the general public. Each forum attendant could enter DSTK menu and operate the services both from a phone and through the Web-browser on the IMMO.ru booth where a sort of test-drive for the innovation was organized. The menu is meant both for the customer who values his time and freedom of mobile device use and for the operator who can diversify his strategy within a new menu. Technologies available for this menu are SMS, WAP/GPRS/USSD for SMS, WAP, USSD, IVR, HTTP services. This solution of IMMO.ru/Inform-mobil allows to: Setup the menu according to your favor from the phone and via the Web interface Keep up independence from particular manufacturer of SIM cards Realize the services for different technologies Use IMEI and results of PLI customer Conduct OTA campaigns Link services to other platforms (WIB, GXO etc.) Link via the menu of unlimited number of services A subscriber can operate his SIM-menu by himself: delete the items of the menu, add new ones from the list of services and also services which were not available on the moment of purchase of SIM card. It is possible to operate all this both through the SIM menu and Web interface. It makes the SIM menu structure more clearly evident and handy in operation for customer. One more advantage of the interface is that the description of all services appears. Also at will of the operator it is possible to limit the deletion of some SIM menu items. Finally it is possible to renew old services on SIM card without involvement of customer which is very convenient for their structure modification. A customer does not need to make any additional moves for data updating and the navigation in the menu is graphical and convenient.
